Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global digital traffic & performance strategy (SEO, GEO, SEA, CRM & Marketing Automation).
• Increase qualified traffic, leads, and conversion across international markets.
• Coordinate external SEO/GEO agencies while supporting local teams worldwide.
• Monitor and optimize paid digital campaigns with country marketing teams.
• Own analytics, tracking and reporting (GA4, GTM, dashboards).
• Analyze customer journeys and improve experience through CRO & A/B testing.
• Measure ROI and provide insights to maximize business performance.
• Act as the global expert for digital performance, SEO/GEO and CRO.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and AI developments.
