Job summary

Medely seeks a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own and optimize our Salesforce platform within the GTM Systems team. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to design scalable solutions, automate processes, and improve data quality across systems.

You will also manage integrations, build dashboards, and apply AI-enabled workflows to enhance forecasting and reporting as Medely scales. This is a remote role with cross-functional impact and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Systems, RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops or similar.
• Deep Salesforce data fluency; know the object model, SOQL, cross-object formulas, reports.
• Integration experience: Salesforce with at least one adjacent platform.
• Cross-system diagnostic instinct; identify data shape issues.
• Governance discipline: define, version, and enforce data hygiene.
• Ownership under ambiguity; support Sales, Marketing, Finance, CS, and Support.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce administration end to end with advanced configuration and declarative automation.
• Define the data dictionary and ownership of each metric feeding reports.
• Run lead and account routing end to end with high accuracy and drift monitoring.
• Oversee integrations and system architecture including API configurations and middleware.
• Build reporting with dashboards and executive views by vertical across teams.
• Serve as the single point of contact for GTM systems and manage internal/external development priorities.
