Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Salesforce Application Administrator – CPQ to own day-to-day administration, optimization, and scalability of our Salesforce CPQ platform. This role sits on the Financial Applications team and reports to the Manager, Financial Applications.

You will partner with Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance, and other technical teams to deliver scalable CPQ solutions—especially new products, packaging, and pricing initiatives—while maintaining platform health and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle Salesforce CPQ design and development in production.
• 3+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud automation and configuration.
• Deep hands-on CPQ experience: product/bundle setup, Rules, Advanced Approvals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with admins, developers, and analysts to align on design and standards.
• Lead CPQ design for pricing initiatives and multi-year scenarios.
• Mentor junior admins and drive best-practice coaching.
• Administer and enhance Salesforce CPQ including pricing, bundles, renewals, and approvals.
• Build automation with Price Rules, Product Rules, QCP, and Flows to support subscription pricing and proration.
• Ensure CPQ solutions integrate with downstream systems like Zuora.
