Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Salesforce Application Administrator – CPQ to own day-to-day CPQ administration and optimization. You’ll collaborate with Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Pricing, and Finance to deliver scalable CPQ solutions, while ensuring platform health and user support.

You will design CPQ for new pricing initiatives, manage the catalog and workflows, and mentor junior admins, with a focus on accurate quoting and downstream impact including Zuora integration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle Salesforce CPQ design and deployment.
• 3+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud in production environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong packaging and subscription pricing knowledge for CPQ.
• Experience with Flows and QCP for advanced quoting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with admins, developers, and analysts on design and release readiness.
• Contribute to CPQ roadmap planning and pricing/packaging strategy.
• Mentor junior admins and promote best-practice standards.
• Lead CPQ design for new pricing initiatives and configurations.
• Administer CPQ catalog, bundles, pricing, renewals, and Advanced Approvals.
• Build scalable pricing models and automate quoting with CPQ tooling.
• Design CPQ solutions with awareness of Zuora and downstream systems.
• Oversee CPQ delivery lifecycle: intake, design, build, test, deploy, support.
• Ensure Jira-based work intake, tracking, and reliable deployments.
• Provide daily CPQ admin support and triage user tickets.
• Create and maintain CPQ documentation and communicate changes.
