Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant to join our remote team supporting Axpo. The role focuses on SAP Time Management and Payroll, configuring work schedule rules, holiday calendars, and integration with payroll processes.

You will analyze time schemas, PCRs, and time evaluation logs, while supporting time registration and leave calculations. Strong English and experience in SAP module integration are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP HCM experience (Time Management and Payroll).
• Deep expertise configuring work schedule rules and holiday calendars.
• Strong knowledge of PCRs and time evaluation logs.
• Experience in leave management and SAP module integration.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain work schedule rules and holiday calendars.
• Analyze and configure time schemas and PCRs.
