Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant to join our remote team supporting Axpo. The role focuses on SAP Time Management and Payroll, configuring work schedules, holiday calendars, shift rules, and ensuring robust integration across Time Management and Payroll modules.

You will analyze time schemas and PCRs, review time evaluation logs, assist with time registration and leave calculations, and resolve tickets to improve accuracy and process efficiency. Advanced English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM focusing on Time Management and Payroll.
• Deep expertise in configuring work schedule rules, holiday calendars, and time schemas.
• Strong understanding of PCRs and time evaluation logs.
• Experience in leave management and SAP module integration.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration and maintenance of work schedule rules and holiday calendars.
• Analyze and configure time schemas and PCRs.
• Evaluate time evaluation logs for accurate time tracking.
• Assist with time registration and leave calculations.
• Enhance integration between SAP Time Management and Payroll.
