Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant to join our remote team supporting Axpo. You will focus on Time Management and Payroll, configuring work schedule rules, holiday calendars, and time schemas, while improving the integration between SAP Time Management and Payroll modules.

The role requires deep expertise in PCRs, time evaluation logs, and leave management, with advanced English skills. Remote work is available and you will collaborate with a diverse client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM with Time Management and Payroll.
• Deep expertise in configuring work schedule rules, holiday calendars, and time schemas.
• Strong understanding of PCRs and time evaluation logs.
• Practical experience in leave management and SAP integration.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration and maintenance of work schedule rules and holiday calendars.
• Analyze and configure time schemas and PCRs.
• Evaluate time evaluation logs for accurate time tracking.
• Assist with time registration and leave calculations.
• Enhance integration between SAP Time Management and SAP Payroll.
• Handle support tickets related to time management and payroll.
