Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant to join a remote team supporting Axpo. You will focus on SAP Time Management and Payroll, configuring work schedules, holiday calendars, and overtime rules, and ensuring smooth integration between Time Management and Payroll modules.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of SAP HCM experience, expert knowledge of PCRs and time schemas, and strong English skills. You will work with a diverse client base and handle ticket-based support across time

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM with a focus on Time Management and Payroll modules.
Deep expertise in configuring work schedule rules, holiday calendars, and time schemas.
Strong understanding of personnel calculation rules (PCRs) and time evaluation logs.
Practical experience in leave management processes and integration of SAP modules.
Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

Support the configuration and maintenance of work schedule rules and holiday calendars.
Analyze and configure time schemas and personnel calculation rules (PCRs).
Evaluate time evaluation logs to ensure accurate time tracking.
Assist with time registration processes and leave management, including absence types and leave calculations.
Enhance the integration between SAP Time Management and SAP Payroll modules.
Handle support tickets and resolve issues related to time management and payroll processes.
