Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant to join the remote team supporting Axpo. The focus is on SAP Time Management and Payroll, configuring work schedule rules, holiday calendars, and time schemas.

You will analyze PCRs, time evaluation logs, and assist with time registration and leave calculations, ensuring smooth integration between Time Management and Payroll modules. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP HCM with Time Management and Payroll focus.
• Deep expertise in work schedule rules, holiday calendars, and time schemas.
• Strong knowledge of PCRs and time evaluation logs.
• Experience with leave management and SAP module integration.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration and maintenance of work schedule rules.
