Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant to join our remote team supporting Axpo. You will focus on Time Management and Payroll, configuring work schedule rules, holiday calendars, time schemas, and overtime allowances to streamline processes.

You will analyze time evaluation logs, assist with time registration and leave management, and strengthen the integration between Time Management and Payroll. The role requires advanced English and at least five years of SAP HCM experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM with a focus on Time Management and Payroll modules.
• Deep expertise configuring work schedule rules, holiday calendars, and time schemas.
• Strong understanding of PCRs and time evaluation logs.
• Practical experience in leave management and integration of SAP modules.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration and maintenance of work schedule rules and holiday calendars.
• Analyze and configure time schemas and PCRs.
• Evaluate time evaluation logs to ensure accurate time tracking.
• Assist with time registration processes and leave management, including absence types.
• Enhance integration between SAP Time Management and SAP Payroll modules.
• Handle support tickets and resolve issues related to time management and payroll processes.
