Sii Poland is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant to support a remote team, focusing on Time Management and Payroll modules. You will configure work schedules, calendars, and PCRs, ensure accurate time tracking, and improve integration between Time Management and Payroll. Strong English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP HCM experience with Time Management and Payroll.
• Deep expertise in work schedule rules, holiday calendars, and time schemas.
• Strong understanding of PCRs and time evaluation logs.
• Experience in leave management and SAP module integration.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain work schedule rules and holiday calendars.
• Analyze and configure time schemas and PCRs.
• Evaluate time evaluation logs for accurate time tracking.
• Assist with time registration and leave calculations.
• Improve SAP Time Management and SAP Payroll integration.
• Handle support tickets related to time management and payroll.
