Sii Poland is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant to join our remote team supporting Axpo. The role centers on Time Management with Payroll integration, including configuring work schedules, holiday calendars, and overtime rules.

You will work with time schemas, PCRs, time evaluation logs, and leave management, ensuring smooth SAP Time Management and Payroll operations for our clients. This position offers remote collaboration with diverse brands and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM with Time Management and Payroll.
• Deep expertise in configuring work schedule rules, holiday calendars, and time schemas.
• Strong understanding of PCRs and time evaluation logs.
• Experience in leave management and integration of SAP modules.

We are looking for a Senior SAP HCM Consultant to join our remote team supporting Axpo. In this role, you will focus on the crucial Time Management module and also work with Payroll. You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining work schedule rules, holiday calendars, shift planning, and overtime allowances. Your expertise will help streamline processes and enhance the integration of SAP Time Management and Payroll modules.

Your tasks

• Supporting the configuration and maintenance of work schedule rules and holiday calendars
• Analyzing and configuring time schemas and personnel calculation rules (PCRs)
• Evaluating time evaluation logs to ensure accurate time tracking
• Assisting with time registration processes and leave management, including absence types and leave calculations
• Enhancing the integration between SAP Time Management and SAP Payroll modules
• Handling support tickets and resolving issues related to time management and payroll processes

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM with a focus on Time Management and Payroll modules
• Deep expertise in configuring work schedule rules, holiday calendars, and time schemas
• Strong understanding of personnel calculation rules (PCRs) and time evaluation logs
• Practical experience in leave management processes and integration of SAP modules
• Advanced level of English
