Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant to join our remote team supporting Axpo. You will specialize in Time Management and Payroll, configuring work schedule rules, holiday calendars, and time schemas to streamline processes and ensure seamless SAP integration.

You will analyze PCRs, assist with time registration and leave calculations, and handle time management and payroll-related issues while collaborating with an international client base. Advanced English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP HCM experience focusing on Time Management and Payroll.
• Deep expertise configuring work schedule rules, holiday calendars, and time schemas.
• Strong understanding of PCRs and time evaluation logs.
• Practical experience in leave management and SAP module integration.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain work schedule rules and holiday calendars.
• Analyze and configure time schemas and PCRs.
• Evaluate time evaluation logs for accurate time tracking.
• Support time registration and leave calculations.
• Improve integration between SAP Time Management and SAP Payroll.
• Handle support tickets and resolve time management payroll issues.
