Job summary

EIS Group in Warsaw, Poland, seeks a Program Director of Professional Services to lead a portfolio of accounts across client, partner, and EIS-led delivery. This role partners with Sales, Delivery leadership, and onshore/offshore resources to drive client success and outcomes.

The position emphasizes governance, resource coordination, and business development within accounts, while maintaining strong client relationships and project profitability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional services project/program management experience.
• 8+ years in the insurance industry (analyst/tech or consultant for insurers).
• 5+ years in Property & Casualty or Benefits insurance company or related work experience.
• Experience working with software applications; ability to understand complex business processes.
• Strong consultative and facilitation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Drives successful outcomes for all projects in the assigned portfolio across delivery modes (Partner Led, Client Led, EIS Group Led).
• Coordinates with the Partner Enablement Executive to align partner teams and resources.
• Ensures understand of business goals, scope, timelines, and value across solutions.
• Onboards new employees to align with project goals and responsibilities.
• Establishes governance processes at project and client levels to keep projects on track.
• Manages relationships with client and partner teams and supports business development within accounts.
