Job summary

EPAM Systems in Poland is seeking a delivery leader to manage a large portfolio of projects across multiple clients. You will drive governance, ensure delivery quality, and align teams with business goals while collaborating with account teams and regional leadership.

The role requires extensive senior delivery experience, hands-on engineering credibility, and fluency in English. Hybrid work within Poland and opportunities for international travel are available.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT delivery, engineering, or consulting environments.
• 5+ years in senior delivery leadership, managing portfolios and P&L.
• Proven track record in large, multi-stream engagements with global clients.
• Experience across delivery models: T&M, managed capacity, managed services, fixed price.
• Active involvement in presales, solution shaping, and commercial negotiation.
• Hands-on engineering background is essential; strong technology credibility.
• Strong grasp of modern software engineering, cloud platforms, and AI-native delivery.
• Fluent English (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clear view of delivery health across Poland’s portfolio and identify risks.
• Set governance with ownership, fast decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive high delivery quality and client satisfaction across engagement models.
• Ensure teams understand business context and client goals.
• Engage directly with key accounts and handle escalations when needed.
• Develop a domain-informed layer of delivery leadership in Poland.
• Scale AI-first practices and contribute to Poland’s delivery momentum.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership across the engagement lifecycle.
• Mentor Delivery Managers and Program Managers; foster career growth.
• Support hiring and talent strategy to attract strong delivery talent.
