EY GDS Poland invites you to join as an EIS Manager in Insurance Consulting. You will participate in Insurance platform implementations, collaborate with agile teams, and drive R&D oriented enhancements while working on international projects with leading industry players.

You will lead technical streams, mentor teams, and coordinate with onsite coordinators, with readiness to travel to client locations. Join a global EY environment focusing on advanced data technologies and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Science or equivalent technical qualification.
• 9+ years in a corporate IT environment in similar positions.
• Excellent business communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical streams of EIS implementation projects.
• Interface with onsite coordinators.
• Plan and monitor project deliverables.
• Mentor the project team.
• Willing to travel to customer locations as needed.
• Report progress and document results of implementations.
• Design, test, and deploy new EIS modules and features.
