Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Poland is hiring an EIS Manager in Insurance Consulting to lead technical streams of EIS implementation projects and coordinate with agile teams across Katowice, Wrocław and Warszawa. The role involves mentoring the project team, traveling to client locations as needed, and contributing to innovative EIS solutions within an international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or other technical qualification.
• 9+ years in a corporate IT environment in similar positions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent business communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Technical Lead across multiple technical streams of EIS implementation projects.
• Interface with onsite coordinators and plan/monitor project deliverables.
• Mentor project team and travel to customer locations as needed.
• Contribute to R&D activities and implement best practices in EIS technologies.
