Job summary

Atos is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AI Platforms & Agentic Solutions to steer strategy, productization, and commercialization of next-generation AI offerings built on ServiceNow.

This role demands turning emerging AI capabilities into scalable enterprise products, driving market opportunities, and collaborating with Engineering, Sales, and CTO leadership to deliver measurable business value across global clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management, Digital Products, Platform Strategy, Innovation, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities is required.
• Proven experience defining and delivering enterprise technology products and platform solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, or Digital Transformation technologies.
• Experience creating product strategies, roadmaps, business cases, and commercialization plans.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise software platforms and ecosystem-driven product development.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction for AI-driven platforms and solutions.
• Identify emerging business opportunities and transform them into commercially viable products.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate innovative concepts into enterprise-grade products and services.
• Develop capabilities related to orchestration, context management, memory, governance, integrations, and autonomous execution.
