Job summary

Atos SE is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AI Platforms and Agentic Solutions to shape strategy, productization, and commercialization of next‑gen AI offerings built on ServiceNow. You will operate at the intersection of product strategy, AI, enterprise transformation, and human-centered design.

The role requires coordinating with engineering, architecture, delivery, alliances, sales, and CTO leadership to deliver scalable, governance-aware platforms.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager – AI Platforms & Agentic Solutions to lead the strategy, productization, and commercialization of next-generation AI solutions built on ServiceNow .

This is not a traditional product management role. We are seeking a visionary product leader who can identify market opportunities, transform emerging AI capabilities into scalable offerings, and create differentiated solutions that deliver measurable business value.

You will work at the intersection of Product Strategy, Artificial Intelligence, Enterprise Transformation, Human-Centered Design, Innovation, and Commercial Growth, collaborating closely with Engineering, Architecture, Delivery, Alliances, Sales, GTM, and CTO leadership teams.

What will you be responsible for?

• Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction for AI-driven platforms and solutions.
• Identify emerging business opportunities and transform them into commercially viable products.
• Develop reusable intellectual property, accelerators, frameworks, and industry-specific solutions.
• Drive prioritization and investment decisions based on customer needs, market trends, and business value.
• Build scalable platform capabilities and ecosystem-driven solutions.
• Stay at the forefront of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Enterprise Copilots, Intelligent Automation, and Autonomous Agent technologies.
• Validate ideas through experimentation, prototyping, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate innovative concepts into enterprise-grade products and services.
• Define capabilities related to orchestration, context management, memory, governance, integrations, and autonomous execution.

Commercialization & Business Growth

• Partner with Sales, GTM, Alliances, and Delivery teams to create business cases, value propositions, demonstrations, and sales assets.
• Support strategic customer engagements, executive workshops, and solution development activities.
• Develop compelling narratives that connect technology innovation with measurable business outcomes.
• Contribute to thought leadership and market positioning initiatives.

Human-Centered Innovation

• Champion exceptional enterprise experiences through human-centered design principles.
• Balance automation, intelligence, trust, usability, and adoption in product decisions.
• Ensure customer value and business outcomes remain at the center of innovation.

What do we require?

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Products, Platform Strategy, Innovation, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities and a strong understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem is required.
• Proven experience defining and delivering enterprise technology products and platform solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, or Digital Transformation technologies.
• Experience creating product strategies, roadmaps, business cases, and commercialization plans.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise software platforms and ecosystem-driven product development.
• Ability to evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Architecture, Sales, Consulting, and Delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to transform ideas into scalable products.
• Excellent command of English.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-powered enterprise solutions or SaaS products.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks, Copilot technologies, LLMs, orchestration platforms, and intelligent workflow solutions.
• Experience in Value Engineering, Digital Transformation, or Management Consulting environments.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree.
• Product Management certifications (Pragmatic, AIPMM, SAFe, or equivalent).
