Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical product management, platform engineering, or infra strategy in SaaS.
• Strong cloud-native, containerization (Kubernetes), event-driven systems, auth frameworks.
• Proven leader of cross-functional teams delivering scalable platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, architecture, security, and operations.
• Lead product discovery and technical deep dives to translate infra needs into roadmaps.
• Engage with engineering and QA to ensure timely delivery of key projects.
• Promote a smooth developer experience with well-documented platform services.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party tools to enhance platform capabilities.
• Become SME in coverage area and influence product roadmap and growth strategy.
• Support sales, professional services, and support for client experience.
