Job summary

State Street is seeking a Technical Senior Business Analyst to lead roadmap execution for foundational backend capabilities within the Charles River and Alpha Platforms. This highly technical role requires close collaboration with engineering, architecture, and security teams to ensure our platform is scalable and secure.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical product management, platform engineering, or infrastructure strategy in SaaS.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, containerization (Kubernetes), event-driven systems, auth frameworks.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable platform capabilities.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise security/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, architecture, security, and operations to ensure server framework capabilities meet performance, scalability, and compliance requirements.
• Lead product discovery and technical deep dives, translating infrastructure needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Engage with engineering and QA to ensure timely delivery of key projects.
• Promote a smooth developer experience, ensuring platform services are intuitive and well-documented.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and frameworks to enhance platform capabilities.
