Job summary

State Street is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to drive roadmap execution for backend capabilities within the Charles River and Alpha Platforms. The role requires 4+ years in technical product management for SaaS platforms and hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, and Azure.

You will gather requirements, perform business analysis, and lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, security, and architecture to ensure scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical product management experience in SaaS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures, containerization, and related infra.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable platform capabilities.
• Experience with Azure and enterprise security/compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and refine business and functional requirements from stakeholders to ensure performance and scalability.
• Lead product discovery and translate infrastructure needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Collaborate daily with engineering and QA to ensure timely delivery of key projects.
• Promote a smooth developer experience; ensure platform services are intuitive and well-documented.
• Become SME in the coverage area and provide feedback to shape the roadmap and growth strategy.
• Support sales, professional services, and client initiatives to enhance outcomes.
