Job summary

EverAI Limited is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to own scalable paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google and more. You’ll collaborate with the CMO to accelerate growth, optimize CAC and ROAS, and scale campaigns across global markets.

The role is 100% remote, with fast-paced experimentation and a focus on data-driven decision making. You will test new channels (TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, native), build efficient funnels, and drive cross-functional alignment with content and product

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Experience managing $300K–$1M+ monthly paid media spend.
• Own campaign execution and optimization end-to-end.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency with GA4, Voluum, dashboards.
• Strong creative instincts for briefs and hooks.
• Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Ownership and Scaling: lead one or two paid channels; expand by performance.
• Performance Analysis and Strategy: monitor CPA, ROAS, retention; drive decisions.
• Creative & Funnel Optimization: define hooks; partner with teams to optimize landing pages.
• Partnership Management & Media Strategy: negotiate placements; explore new networks & formats.
• Automation & Scaling Systems: create SOPs, playbooks, and testing pipelines.
