Job summary

EverAI is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist to own paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and more. You will inherit high-performing channels and partner with the CMO to accelerate user acquisition and CAC/ROAS targets.

You will build scalable funnels, test creatives, and optimize landing pages while shaping strategy through data-driven insights. This remote, fast-moving team values ownership, speed, and relentless experimentation.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards.
• Strong creative instincts: can write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate fast.
• Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Ownership and Scaling: Own one or two paid channels and expand based on performance.
• Performance Analysis and Strategy: Monitor CPA, ROAS, retention, cohorts; guide decisions.
• Creative & Funnel Optimization: Define hooks, formats, and land pages with teams.
• Partnership Management & Media Strategy: Build relationships with sources and negotiate deals.
• Automation & Scaling Systems: Create SOPs and pipelines for scalable campaigns.
• Challenges You’ll Tackle: Scale budgets while maintaining CAC/ROAS; grow user base; test new channels.
