Job summary
Salve.Inno Consulting is seeking a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist to drive paid acquisition and growth for our consumer AI business. You will manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Instagram and Reddit, test audiences and creatives, and continuously improve CAC and ROAS in a hands-on role.
You will work with an international, remote Growth team and report to the CMO & Co-founder. The position is a B2B contractor engagement with Europe/Asia remote work from Warsaw or elsewhere in
Qualifications
- Hands-on professional experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition or media buying.
- Proven experience launching, managing and optimising paid campaigns.
- Experience with major consumer platforms: Meta, TikTok, Google, Instagram or Reddit Ads.
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and campaign performance.
Responsibilities
- Launch, manage and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across platforms.
- Own campaigns from setup to performance optimisation.
- Monitor CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and other KPIs.
- Design and run tests across audiences, creatives and configurations.
- Analyse data and implement data-driven optimisations.
- Communicate results and improvements to the Growth team.
