Job summary

EverAI Limited in Poland seeks a hands-on Performance Marketing / User Acquisition specialist to own end-to-end campaigns, from setup to analysis, reporting, and optimization. You will work closely with the CMO and senior leadership in a fast-paced, remote team.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in paid media, strong English, and the ability to translate data into creative briefs, tests, and scalable funnels while staying aligned with CAC/ROAS targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable creative briefs and briefs for a testing loop.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily management of core paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google).
• Support scalable funnel creation through proper tracking and data insights gathering.
• Actively participate in testing by preparing new ad concepts, organizing assets, and setting up audience tests.
• Monitor campaign performance with Voluum/GA4 and internal dashboards and flag anomalies.
• Pull, clean, and organize performance data (CPA, ROAS, retention) for reviews.
• Maintain and update internal reporting documents and dashboards.
• Support the creative briefing process with performance data for asset changes and angles.
• Collaborate on landing page launches and testing cycles for conversion rate improvements.
• Document and implement systems to speed up creative testing and reduce fatigue.
