Job summary

Folqs is seeking a Head of Growth – a performance media buyer and creative strategist ready to lead our growth engine in eCommerce. This 100% remote role requires ownership, data-driven decision making, and hands-on creative work to scale CAC-friendly spend.

You will own Meta, Google, and TikTok strategies, build a testing pipeline, and guide UGC production while shaping messaging and funnels. Equity upside is possible for exceptional performers.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years creating performance creatives for D2C/eCommerce brands
• Proven Meta media buyer who has personally scaled campaigns (≥ $50k/month)
• Strong on creative strategy and performance marketing
• Deeply experienced with direct-response advertising and customer psychology
• Able to analyze ad accounts, creative performance, and funnel data to identify changes
• Hands-on with writing/editing hooks, scripts, headlines, briefs, and landing page copy
• Experience managing creative production with UGC creators, editors, and designers
• Operator with ownership and execution mindset

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Meta ads as the primary channel with Google/TikTok growth
• Develop winning angles, hooks, messaging, formats based on data
• Build and manage a systematic testing pipeline for creatives
• Analyze full-funnel performance and optimize landing pages/offers
• Mine reviews, surveys, and competitive ads for new angles
• Brief and manage UGC creators, editors, designers; stay hands-on with scripts
• Scale proven creative and media-buying strategies for profitability
• Collaborate closely with founders and take ownership with minimal hand-holding
