IKEA Ingka Business Service Center in Poland is seeking an HR professional to support HR Administration and payroll for Swiss employees. You will work with SAP, Service Now and Avature, handling inquiries by phone and email, and collaborating with the national HR unit.

Qualifikationen

Experience in HR Administration and Payroll
Strong SAP knowledge within HR/People & Culture processes
Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills
Fluent in German, Italian, French and English

Aufgaben

Handle HR Administration and Payroll inquiries via email and phone
Support Team Leader and act as backup when needed
Process orders and changes to employment terms in systems
Collaborate with national HR unit for insurance-related clarifications
Maintain and analyze HR data using Excel and reports
