You will process payroll for Germany-based employees, handle HR inquiries, and ensure data accuracy and compliance. Qualifications

• Experience in Personnel Administration and Payroll in a corporate setting.
• Familiarity with ticket systems and HR case handling.
• Knowledge of German labour law applicable to payroll and personnel changes.
• Proficiency with SAP HR and MS Office applications.
• Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process P&C and payroll matters for employees, including term changes in systems.
• Respond to HR inquiries via email and phone with accuracy and empathy.
• Collaborate with Team Leader and Buddy during onboarding and routine tasks.
• Maintain data quality and confidentiality of personal information.
• Support in Excel reporting and ad-hoc analyses as needed.
