The role emphasizes SAP for P&C, MS Office, and experience with ticket systems. Fluency in English is required; German or French is a plus. Hybrid work and dynamic learning opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in Personnel Administration and Payroll.
• Proficient with SAP for P&C and MS Office.
• Fluent in English; German or French preferred.
• Experience with ticket systems and payroll laws (Swiss).
• Knowledge of Swiss retirement and pension funds law.

Responsibilities

• Process P&C and payroll matters for IKEA store employees.
• Answer colleagues’ questions via email and phone.
• Maintain personal data and cooperate with the Team Leader.
• Support in onboarding and daily HR administration tasks.
• Use tools like SAP, ServiceNow and Avature to manage data.
