Job summary

IKEA Ingka Business Service Center in Poznań is seeking a Payroll and HR Administration specialist for the Germany team. You will handle payroll and HR administration for IKEA stores and companies in Germany, answering colleagues' questions via email and phone, and processing personal data.

You will be supported by a Team Leader and work remotely with a flexible onboarding buddy. The role emphasizes accuracy, initiative, and collaboration within a diverse team; German and English fluency are

Qualifications

• Experience in Personnel Administration and Payroll.
• Knowledge of German labour law.
• Familiar with ticket systems.
• Proficient with SAP HR system and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Team Leader’s morning briefing with the team.
• Process ongoing orders from the country (employment terms changes in systems).
• Contact with national P&C unit (e.g., insurance application issues).
• Further processing in the system.
• Take part in team meetings and knowledge sharing with Buddy.
• Handle employee inquiries via helpline (email/phone/chat).
• Review company news and participate in onboarding activities.
