Qualifications

• Experience in Personnel Administration and Payroll.
• Familiar with SAP HR system.

Responsibilities

• Team Leader morning briefing and team catch-up.
• Processing ongoing orders in systems (e.g., changes to co-worker terms).
• Contact with national HR unit to clarify errors in insurance applications.
• Work in Excel to extract reports.
• Support line via helpline (phone/email/chat).
• Buddy onboarding discussions and knowledge transfer.
• Attend team meetings and follow company news.
