Ingka Business Service Center in Poznań seeks an experienced HR Admin and Payroll Specialist to support IKEA stores and Swiss operations. You will handle payroll tasks, employee data processing, and inquiries via phone and email, collaborating with the Team Leader to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English for daily HR operations.
• Strong experience in Personnel Administration and Payroll.
• Expert knowledge of Austrian labour law and pension funds.
• Proficient with SAP within HR/People & Culture processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR Administration and Payroll queries via email and phone.
• Process changes to co-worker employment terms in systems.
• Coordinate with national HR unit on insurance and payroll issues.
• Support Team Leader and mentor junior specialists.
• Work with Excel to generate system reports.
• Contribute to onboarding and buddy program.
