Philips is seeking a Senior Customer Order Specialist to take end-to-end ownership of complex orders and ensure accurate, timely execution across the supply chain. You will resolve escalations, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and drive continuous improvement within Order Management.

In this senior role, you’ll work with Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, Finance, and Project Management to manage risks and improve KPI performance, while developing leadership

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end order fulfillment and SAP ERP.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• Proven ability to own complex orders and manage escalations.

Responsabilités

• Take end-to-end ownership of complex customer orders and ensure timely execution.
• Resolve escalations and coordinate actions across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance.
