Job summary

ABB is seeking an Order Execution Project Manager to strengthen the Tender & Execution Center team in a hybrid working model. You will own project execution from Order Intake to End of Warranty, ensure customer satisfaction, and act as the main contact for the client.

Responsibilities include monitoring project financials, invoicing, risk management, coordinating with Supply Chain, and procuring services and equipment. You will prepare project documents and drive formal close-out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of PM experience on small to mid-sized projects, preferably order execution.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2).
• Experience with customers and suppliers in a project context.
• Good command of English; Polish language is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP and Windchill PLM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of medium-size projects from order intake to warranty end.
• Ensure compliance with ABB policy, contractual, quality, HSE, and schedule targets.
• Act as key customer contact and escalation point for project issues.
• Monitor and control project financials, invoicing, costs and cash flow.
• Identify and manage risks; coordinate with Supply Chain to procure services and equipment.
• Prepare project documents and ensure formal close-out.
