Philips is seeking an Order Management Specialist to oversee Nordic markets, ensuring seamless order processing and exceptional customer service for high-priority items. You will manage orders end-to-end, collaborate with Denmark and Sweden, and work with SAP and electronic processing.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and teamwork, with hybrid work options and health benefits. Prior order management or logistics experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/MA degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent.
• Fluent English and strong communication with stakeholders.
• Problem solver with good time and work management.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools.
• Experience in Supply Chain/Order Management or Logistics; SAP a plus.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end management of orders for Nordic markets.
• Order booking and monitoring throughout the order lifecycle.
• Support Denmark and Sweden and provide flexible support across the Nordic organization.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Handle Customer Service and Order Management activities and resolve order issues.
• Work with SAP and electronic order processing.
