Job summary

Philips is seeking a Senior Customer Order Specialist (Fixed term) to own complex customer orders from end to end, ensuring accurate and timely execution across the supply chain. The role involves resolving escalations, partnering with Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing and Finance, and driving continuous improvement within Order Management.

You will act as a senior operational partner, managing escalations, identifying risks, and supporting KPI performance while sharing

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Order Management or equivalent operations.
• Experience handling complex orders and escalations.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end order fulfilment and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Ability to identify risks and drive process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of complex customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
• Act as senior operational partner within Order Management, handling escalations with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying gaps and improving ways of working.
• Develop as a supply chain professional through exposure to complex cases and cross-functional collaboration.
