• At least 5 years in Game Development and 3 years as a game designer.
• Experience with mobile games, F2P or RPG.
• LiveOps design experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define a clear design pipeline and processes.
• Pitch and implement major features for a prototype to become a market-ready title.
• Own game balancing, pacing, and feel with data-backed decisions.
• Deconstruct gameplay mechanics and analyze them for iteration.
• Collaborate across UI/UX, gameplay logic, and performance aspects.
