Job summary

Voodoo in Warsaw is seeking a Product Specialist for a newly established internal studio focused on a high-potential midcore title. You will work with engineers, artists, and product experts to design, test, and refine features that engage players.

You will analyze player data, run A/B tests, and iterate on levels and mechanics to optimize retention and monetization in a hybrid-casual, midcore game environment. On-site in Warsaw with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in game design or product specialist roles in mobile gaming.
• Strong passion for midcore and hybrid-casual games with understanding of engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and creation of engaging, challenging, and fun levels.
• Develop and iterate on game mechanics that enhance core gameplay loop.
• Analyze player behavior, metrics, and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineers and artists to implement level designs and features.
• Structure, run, and monitor A/B tests to validate design decisions.
• Balance game difficulty curves for retention across levels.
• Stay up-to-date with hybrid-casual and midcore markets and trends.
• Test and playtest levels to ensure quality and enjoyment.
• Work iteratively, prototyping ideas and incorporating team feedback.
