Job summary

Voodoo in Kraków is seeking a PM/PO/Live Ops lead to join one of our Live Studios, working on Paper.io2. You will shape free-to-play systems, balance progression, monetization, and live events to boost engagement and revenue.

Collaborating with developers, artists, and analysts, you will own specs, timelines, and outcomes, use A/B tests and retention metrics to iterate post-launch, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• PM/PO/Game Designer with live ops experience and a focus on mobile titles.
• Strong knowledge of F2P mechanics and monetization strategies.
• Ability to write clear specs and align cross-functional teams.
• Experience on a successful live game and familiarity with competitive systems.
• Knowledge of casual and hybrid-casual mobile games.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement F2P systems to boost engagement and revenue.
• Take full ownership of specifications, timelines, and outcomes.
• Utilize A/B testing, retention metrics, and player data to refine features post-launch.
