Job summary

Voodoo, a leading mobile game publisher in Warsaw, is hiring a Product Lead to shape the product vision for their games. You'll collaborate closely with the Studio Director and Creative Director, defining the strategy and roadmap while leading A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in product management within mobile gaming. This fully remote position allows for flexibility as long as you can work within CET ±5 hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management within the mobile gaming industry.
• Experience scaling mobile games and launching major features.
• Hands-on game design experience, especially around player motivation.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine product strategy and roadmap.
• Own prioritization across key product areas.
• Build and manage the A/B testing roadmap.
