Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in Poland is seeking a Customer Onboarding Engineer to lead the onboarding of new customers within the 4PL Integrated Logistics unit in Bielany Wroclawskie.

You will define operational processes aligned with the customer’s sales and operations planning and the Kuehne+Nagel Blueprint, collaborating with customers, Operations, technical teams, and Finance to ensure a seamless onboarding and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or similar.
• Senior-level presence capable of leading projects.
• Experience in logistics process analysis and financial controlling.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation.
• Ability to optimize customer requirements for long-term success.
• Experience leading client workshops and coordinating teams.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Create customer-aligned logistics processes meeting Blueprint requirements.
• Ensure process changes support productivity and cost drivers.
• Identify deviations conflicting with goals.
• Communicate requirements clearly to customers and cross-functional teams.
• Anticipate onboarding roadblocks and propose solutions.
• Document and analyze customer requirements for scalable solutions.
• Challenge inefficient requests to improve long-term efficiency.
• Lead client workshops to align expectations and onboard.
