Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Logistics Engineer to support strategic customer implementations and optimize logistics processes. This role combines process engineering, business analysis, and operational excellence across transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with a strong understanding of logistics operations and will be based in Wroclaw, Poland or Contern, Luxembourg.
Kuehne+Nagel is one of the world's leading logistics providers. Within our Integrated Logistics organization, we are looking for a Logistics Engineer to support strategic customer implementations and continuous improvement initiatives across our international Control Tower network.
This role combines process engineering, business analysis, implementation support, and operational excellence. You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to analyze, optimize, and implement end-to-end logistics processes across transportation, warehousing, and broader supply chain operations.
As a Logistics Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing current logistics processes, designing future‑state solutions, and supporting the successful implementation of new customer operations and process improvements. You will work across multiple projects, collaborating with Project Managers, Solution Leads, Service Delivery Managers, Continuous Improvement Managers, and customers to ensure logistics processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with operational requirements. This role will be based in Wroclaw, Poland or Contern, Luxembourg, depending on candidate preference.
This role offers the opportunity to work on international logistics transformation projects for some of the world's leading companies. You will combine business analysis, process engineering, implementation support, and continuous improvement while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.
