You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to analyze, optimize, and implement end-to-end logistics processes across transportation, warehousing, and broader supply chain operations.

As a Logistics Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing current logistics processes, designing future‑state solutions, and supporting the successful implementation of new customer operations and process improvements. You will work across multiple projects, collaborating with Project Managers, Solution Leads, Service Delivery Managers, Continuous Improvement Managers, and customers to ensure logistics processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with operational requirements. This role will be based in Wroclaw, Poland or Contern, Luxembourg, depending on candidate preference.

  • Support the rollout and adoption of digital tools and process enhancements across Control Tower operations
  • Collaborate with customers, logistics service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, process engineering, business analysis, or continuous improvement
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and supply chain execution
  • Experience participating in or leading implementation and transformation projects
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex operational environments and translate findings into practical solutions
  • Experience with process optimization, KPI management, and continuous improvement methodologies; Six Sigma certification highly desirable
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Digital mindset with experience implementing systems, tools, or technology-driven improvements
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
