Job summary

MAHLE in Poland seeks a Supplier Deployment Specialist to lead onboarding for key logistics and digitalization projects in the EMEA region. You will work with a local team of specialists and a multinational delivery model to deploy end-to-end onboarding and handover to operations.

Fluent English required; 1–3 years in production/logistics, preferably automotive, with SAP MM/S4HANA experience. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in production or logistics, preferably automotive.
• Supplier onboarding experience is a strong advantage.
• Experience with SAP MM and cross-functional processes is desirable.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support supplier deployment projects (SupplyOn SCC, Classic EDI, ASN/GTL).
• Drive supplier implementation progress by monitoring milestones and negotiating solutions.
• Collaborate with plants, Purchasing, IT/SAP teams, suppliers, and external partners.
• Support deployment-related projects and ensure smooth handover to operational teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding processes and deployment standards.
• Apply and develop onboarding expertise within the global delivery organization.
