Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Senior Customer Onboarding Engineer for our Integrated Logistics team in Bielany Wroclawskie, Poland. You will define operational processes aligned with the customer’s sales and operations planning workflows and the Kuehne+Nagel Blueprint, collaborating with customers, Operations, technical teams, and Finance to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or similar operational environment.
• Senior-level presence with ability to lead projects and interact with senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience in logistics process analysis and financial controlling or accounting.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and process-configuration skills.
• Ability to critically assess and optimize customer requirements for long-term success.
• Experience leading client workshops and coordinating across multiple teams.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher preferred).
• Flexibility to travel up to 25% and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Create customer-aligned logistics processes meeting internal standards and Blueprint requirements.
• Ensure all process changes support productivity and cost objectives.
• Identify and upscale any deviations conflicting with goals.
• Communicate requirements clearly to customers and cross-functional teams.
• Anticipate onboarding roadblocks and develop proactive solutions.
• Document and analyze customer requirements for scalable solutions.
• Challenge inefficient customer requests and suggest improvements for long-term efficiency.
• Lead client workshops to align expectations and explain standard processes.
