Job summary

Join Kuehne+Nagel's Freight Forwarding team in Wrocław as an Integrated Logistics Project Manager. You will execute defined implementation projects, coordinate activities across functions, manage timelines and budgets, and support delivery to meet scope.

You'll work with customers, LSPs and internal teams to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure smooth deployment and stabilization, while maintaining project documentation and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Logistics or related field and 2+ years in project/program management in logistics or tech environments.
• Deep understanding of transportation and logistics across multiple modes.
• Experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles in cross-functional settings.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and process optimization abilities.
• Ability to work independently with virtual, international stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, prioritization and time management with deadlines met.
• Fluent in English and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute and deliver small-scale projects within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with PM methodologies.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, internal stakeholders, and LSPs.
• Provide regular project status updates and maintain transparent communication.
• Support requirements gathering, solution validation, deployment, and stabilization activities.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and manage issues or delays proactively.
• Track timelines and budget, support change requests for scope deviations.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reporting per standards.
