You will configure WMS, TMS, and EDI, implement new customers, test changes, and coordinate with IT, Operations, and global teams to deliver practical IT solutions.

This role focuses on applying automation, AI, Copilot, and Power Platform to improve productivity and efficiency across Contract Logistics

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics IT, WMS/TMS environments, systems implementation, or business and systems analysis.
• Practical understanding of warehouse processes and requirements analysis, system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate operational requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Interest in automation and emerging technologies, with experience or interest in AI, Copilot, Power Platform, and productivity tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across Operations, Site Management, and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design system solutions supporting Contract Logistics operations.
• Implement new customers and changes to existing solutions, including WMS configuration and EDI mappings.
• Ensure operation and development of systems such as WMS, TMS, Business Objects, Centiro, eOrder, ControLog, and EDI.
• Plan, coordinate testing with IT, Operations, and regional/global teams.
• Analyze incidents and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.
• Develop reports and optimize system solutions to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Identify processes for AI, Copilot, Power Platform, and other digital solutions.

To strengthen our Contract Logistics IT organization in Poland, we are looking for a National Contract Logistics IT Expert who combines logistics systems expertise with business process analysis, solution implementation, and digital transformation. In this role, you will have a direct impact on how technology supports our Contract Logistics operations. From developing and configuring WMS, TMS, and EDI solutions to implementing new customers and exploring the potential of AI, Copilot, and Power Platform, you will connect operational business needs with technology and turn them into practical solutions. As National Contract Logistics IT Expert, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing IT solutions supporting our logistics operations in Poland. You will work closely with Operations, Site Management, local and global IT teams, as well as customers and external service providers. Your role combines functional analysis, system configuration, testing, incident management, and project implementation. At the same time, you will identify opportunities to use automation and emerging technologies to increase productivity and improve operational processes.

How you create impact

• Analyze business and functional requirements and design system solutions supporting Contract Logistics operations
• Implement new customers and changes to existing solutions, including WMS configuration and the preparation, testing, and implementation of EDI mappings
• Ensure the effective operation and development of systems such as WMS, TMS, Business Objects, Centiro, eOrder, ControLog, and EDI
• Plan, execute, and coordinate technical testing in collaboration with IT, Operations, and regional and global teams
• Analyze incidents and system issues, coordinate their resolution, and manage escalations with the appropriate technical teams
• Develop reports and optimize system solutions to improve process efficiency and productivity
• Identify processes that can be improved through AI, Copilot, Power Platform, and other digital solutions
• Prepare business analyses, benefit estimations, and business cases for new technology initiatives
