Job summary

Netwrix Corporation seeks a commercially focused Procurement Analyst to bring rigorous financial discipline to software vendor negotiations and spend. Reporting to the CIO within Finance, you will work closely with Legal to ensure favorable commercial terms while safeguarding the company’s software investments.

The role is based in Kraków with a hybrid work model and requires alignment with US-time zones for calls.

Qualifications

3–6 years in procurement, commercial finance, or vendor management.
Proven track record of negotiating meaningful software savings.
Strong financial analysis, with business cases and TCO modeling.
Ability to challenge stakeholders to a defined process.
Experience working with Legal and IT cross-functionally.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Lead price negotiations for software, renewals, and true-ups.
Benchmark pricing against market rates and challenge list pricing.
Identify consolidation opportunities across the software portfolio to reduce spend.
Review software purchase requests with a structured needs assessment.
Work with IT to assess whether existing licensed tools meet stated needs.
Own the software spend tracker and provide regular reporting to Finance and IT leadership.
Model total cost of ownership for significant purchases, including renewal uplift.
Collaborate with Legal on contract terms and compliance.
Define and maintain software procurement policy and intake processes.
