Job summary

CoCo Polska seeks an IT Senior Procurement Specialist based in Poland to lead procurement cost-reduction efforts across client engagements. You will craft negotiation strategies, review contracts, and coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to deliver measurable savings.

The role requires deep experience in procurement, strong Excel/Office skills, and the ability to manage complex supplier relationships across geographies. Poland-based work is expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in commercial, financial, or procurement/sourcing areas.
• Experience in supplier contract negotiations and cost reduction programmes.
• Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency for modelling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to create negotiation strategies and execute cost-saving initiatives.
• Analyze contracts, invoices, and spend data to identify savings opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT and purchasing stakeholders across regions to drive cost take-out.
