Job summary

Capgemini Kraków is seeking a Senior Contract Management Expert to independently lead commercial and contract management for a Platinum Account. You will manage contractual matters, provide guidance to internal stakeholders, and lead negotiations with clients.

You will analyse risks, draft IT contracts, and collaborate with SMEs to inform business decisions in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

10+ years in commercial and contract management in IT or managed services.
Experience drafting IT contracts and negotiating with clients.
Ability to interact with VP-level stakeholders.
Strong legal and commercial contract acumen.
Cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Own commercial and contract support for a Platinum Account.
Draft, review, and redline IT contracts and proposals.
Lead contract and commercial negotiations with clients.
Identify risks and advise on mitigations.
Prepare for and participate in client meetings.
